Tim Tebow is going to work for ESPN

ESPN issued a press release on Tuesday afternoon stating that Tim Tebow would be joining the SEC Network as a college football analyst for their pregame show “SEC Nation.”

In the release, Tebow made it clear this does not mean he is giving up on his dream of playing NFL football.

The SEC Network will launch in August, but Tebow will begin his duties for the Worldwide Leader starting January 6 in the network’s coverage of the BCS Championship game.

From the release:

“I am so excited that ESPN has given me this incredible opportunity,” said Tebow. “When I was six years old I fell in love with the game of football, and while I continue to pursue my dream of playing quarterback in the NFL, this is an amazing opportunity to be part of the unparalleled passion of college football and the SEC.”
