March Madness is finally here, and every year I fill out approximately a bajillion brackets, in hopes of doing the impossible and getting one correct. This year, I decided to cover all my bases, so I did each bracket with a particular theme: Crazy Upsets, Top Seeds, Coin Flip, Mascot v Mascot, etc. Hopefully this will increase my odds of having the perfect bracket!
I’ve been taking a break from the fantasy blogging to work on my fist fiction work as a writer (Don’t worry, I’m in first place in my fantasy basketball league), but the recent trade action in the NFL has been such juicy goodness lately that I had to feature it. Continue reading
The quest for the belt is real, and after two seasons of playing fantasy, and despite losing my entire roster to either old age, uselessness, or child abuse charges, I’ve managed to squeak my way into the fantasy football playoffs.
Your boy pulled off another victory and is now 5-4, but these dang bye weeks are threatening to ruin my run to the playoffs!

The NFL announced yesterday that they had upheld a suspension against Denver Broncos’ slot receiver Wes Welker for violating the league’s performance enhancing substances policy. Rumor is that he unknowingly ingested amphetamines while taking molly (MDMA) at the Kentucky Derby. Welker will have to sit out the first four games of this season, after his handlers appealed the decision, and the case went to review. Continue reading
